包含要素: ブロックレベル、script
属性: %attrs;、cite
補足: blockquote内はブロックレベルかscript要素なのでテキストが裸で出現してはいけない。

cite属性

blockquote要素の属性でcite要素とは別。cite = uri [CT]としuri(Uniform Resource Identifiers)を記述する。

視覚系ブラウザ（ユーザエージェント）では一般的にインデントされるためインデントの目的で使用されることがあるがCSSでインデントを実現することが望ましい。
